Drugs or Violent Criminal Activity

The use of illegal drugs is not tolerated in public housing and nor is threatening criminal behavior. The Tarpon Springs Housing Authority may choose not to accept applicants or permit residents to remain in residence who engage in any criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents, management staff, or by persons residing in the immediate vicinity of the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority premises.

Public Records Request

All public records requests must identify and be directed to the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority’s custodian of public records. The Tarpon Springs Housing Authority’s custodian of public records is info@tarponhousing.com.

We will respond to public records requests in a reasonable period of time.
